John (Jack) Dobson, 1929 - 2009 - in memorium

It is with great sadness that we have to bring you news of the death of Jack Dobson who died peacefully on 12th September, 2009, after a long illness.
Jack was a non executive director of Franklins since 1976, and was also a shareholder in the company. He was born at Lurgan, 7th May 1929, and educated at Lurgan College and Trinity College, Dublin.
Before his retirement he had worked in his own solicitors practice in Banbridge, and had also spent some time in local politics.
He will be greatly missed by his fellow directors, and colleagues.
