Delivery Charge

All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy.

How quickly do you Deliver orders?

When purchasing your order you will be given an estimated delivery time for your items.

What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?

Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.

What are your standard lead times?

All delivery times will be confirmed at the time the order is place. On some occassions we may be able to offer a shorter lead time, this is only available upon request from the sales team.

For badges & labels allow 3 - 4 weeks from payment of proforma invoice and approval of artwork or sample.

For embroidered, appliqued or customised garments allow 2 - 3 weeks from payment of proforma and approval of artwork.

Bulk bespoke uniform items/garments; first order, by sea,  16 weeks from sign off, subsequent orders approx 8 weeks from sign off/ 50% payment.

RAf squadron numbers approx 3 weeks from receipt of demand form logs 1B.
